All affiliate commissions offered are on sales and deliveries within a 30 day cookie period. Commission is paid on the following terms:
•     A 5% base commission is offered 
•     Commission will be paid on the net order value excluding VAT and any delivery charges

<b>T&C’s</b>
Thank you for applying to the Monsoon Affiliate programme, please read the following terms and conditions of the programme. You must agree to them before your application to the programme goes through:
 
<b>Your Site</b>   
Please ensure your site:
•     Is not under construction
•     Does not promote, contain, or link to sexually explicit material, violence, illegal activities and substances, discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
 
<b>PPC restrictions</b>
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any Monsoon brand terms, or misspellings, on all search engines or like services: this includes monsoon, monsoon.com, monsoon.co.uk etc.  A full list of restricted brand terms and misspellings will be contained in your sign-up email. 
 
Affiliates are not permitted to include any monsoon brand term, domain or misspellings of in their paid search ad text or display url.
 
No paid search activity is to be carried out on behalf of Monsoon with prior consent from the Monsoon affiliate programme management team. Absolutely no direct linking from paid search ads to monsoon.co.uk is allowed.
 
Any affiliates that breach these terms will be removed from the programme and their commissions withheld.
 
<b>Banner/images/logos</b>
We'll provide you with a wide variety of different sized banners. Under no circumstances are affiliates allowed to alter any of the banners or logos and doing so may lead to suspension of the affiliate in question.
 
<b>Merchandiser Feed – Coming soon!</b>
This feed lets you easily and quickly create hundreds of product links. With Merchandiser feed you can:
 
•     Create hundreds of product links without manually having to link to individual products 
•     Multiple merchants’ product files in a consistent format and all under the same roof 
•     Link product’s to pages their most relevant pages
 
<b>Other</b>
Affiliate sites which include the following will NOT be approved onto to the Monsoon programme:
•     Sites under construction 
•     Sites that promote, contain, or link to sexually explicit material, violence, illegal activities and substances, discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
 
VOUCHER CODES & SPECIAL OFFERS
Affiliates are only allowed to promote voucher codes and special offers that have been issued to them via the Linkshare affiliate network. Affiliates caught which promote a voucher code or offer not given to them directly will have their commission withheld.
